2. What data we process and why

When you contact us by email, we process the information you send, such as your email address and message contents.

We use this information to respond to your enquiry and manage a possible customer relationship. Depending on the situation, processing is based on steps you request before entering into a contract, performance of a contract, or Fieri Oy’s legitimate interest in responding to enquiries. The website has no contact form or application database.

3. Web analytics

We use server-side aggregate analytics in PostHog EU to measure request counts for a fixed list of public paths. Counts are grouped by site, path, locale where applicable, and day. Requests to Tallikuntoon's QR entry path are counted separately from landing-page requests. We use these totals to understand and improve use of the website.

We count requests on the server and send aggregate totals to PostHog EU in batches. Totals may include automated requests and reloads; they are not confirmed successful page views or counts of individual visitors. Some in-page navigation is not counted.

Analytics sends no separate analytics request from the browser and uses no analytics cookies or browser storage. Aggregate events do not contain visitor or session identifiers, the visitor's IP address, browser user-agent data, referrer information, URL query parameters, or form or input values. One fixed technical identifier labels the aggregate event stream; it does not identify an individual visitor. We do not use analytics for advertising or person profiles. 4. Service providers and data transfers

Email enquiries are handled by authorised Fieri Oy personnel and the email-service provider to the extent needed to deliver and handle messages. PostHog EU processes the limited web analytics described above.

Fieri Oy uses PostHog's EU Cloud, whose server environment is in Frankfurt.

If personal data are transferred outside the EU/EEA, the transfers use transfer mechanisms and safeguards required by applicable data-protection law.

5. Retention

We retain email correspondence only for as long as needed to handle the request, maintain a possible customer relationship, or meet legal obligations and handle legal claims. PostHog Cloud's event retention depends on the plan: 1 year on the free plan and 7 years on paid plans. These periods are not guaranteed deletion deadlines.

6. Cookies and browser storage

The website uses no analytics or advertising cookies. Server-side aggregate analytics uses no browser storage.

7. Your rights

Subject to applicable data-protection law, you may have the right to request access to your data, rectification or erasure, restriction of processing, objection to processing, and in some cases data portability. To exercise your rights, contact info@tallikuntoon.fi.
