2. What data we process and why

When you request a free assessment or contact us, we process the data needed to handle your request. Name and email address are required. Phone number, address or area, and message are optional.

We use the data to respond to you, arrange a free assessment or other contact, and manage a possible customer relationship. Processing is primarily based on steps requested by you before entering into a contract and, where applicable, performance of a contract. The website does not store contact requests in its own application database.

3. Web analytics

We use limited cookieless web analytics in PostHog EU to understand site use and predefined commercially meaningful interactions. We do not use analytics for advertising, identifying visitors, or profiling.

PostHog uses no analytics cookies or persistent browser storage. We do not send contact-form contents or unnecessary personal data to analytics. Processing is based on Fieri Oy's legitimate interest in improving the website. More information about PostHog: https://trust.posthog.com/

4. Service providers and data transfers

Within Fieri Oy, only authorised personnel process contact details. Brevo processes the contact request and the acknowledgement sent to the customer on Fieri Oy's behalf. PostHog EU processes the limited web analytics described above.

Fieri Oy uses PostHog's EU Cloud, whose server environment is in Frankfurt. Brevo states that the servers on which it processes and stores its databases are in the EU. Brevo's terms include its Data Processing Agreement (DPA) and information about subprocessors: https://www.brevo.com/legal/termsofuse/

If personal data are transferred outside the EU/EEA, the transfers use transfer mechanisms and safeguards required by applicable data-protection law.

5. Retention

We retain contact and assessment-request information only for as long as needed to handle the request, maintain a possible customer relationship, or meet legal obligations and handle legal claims. Analytics-data retention follows the retention period configured for the PostHog project.

6. Cookies and browser storage

The website uses no analytics or advertising cookies. PostHog is cookieless and uses no persistent browser storage. The contact form does not persist unfinished form information in browser storage.

7. Your rights

Subject to applicable data-protection law, you may have the right to request access to your data, rectification or erasure, restriction of processing, objection to processing, and in some cases data portability. To exercise your rights, contact info@tallikuntoon.fi.
