We handle the work from start to finish, leaving you with a functional space.
Cleaning
We clean the space so it is tidy and safe.
Waste removal
We transport waste to the Rovaniemi waste station. Hazardous waste such as oils, paints, and chemicals must be agreed separately.
Clear pricing
The assessment includes an estimate for labor and transport. Only the waste station's actual weight-based fees are billed separately. Any other costs are always agreed in advance.
The work can proceed without you present
As agreed, we document the space before and after with photos or video. Once access has been arranged, you do not need to be present during the work.
Possible household expense tax credit
Some work performed at your home may qualify for Finland's household expense tax credit. Transport and waste costs do not qualify. Ask us for an itemized labor share and verify your eligibility with the Finnish Tax Administration.

The confirmation also shows the final amount of chargeable waste.
